Chloe Sherkat is a California-barred attorney with roots in both Kansas City and Laguna Beach. Influenced from an early age by her Iranian artist family, she developed a deep appreciation for art, travel, and entertainment. Growing up in Laguna Beach—where creativity permeates the community—further shaped her artistic sensibilities and commitment to supporting the arts.

Her interest in law emerged during her study abroad experiences in Spain and France. While interning in Paris for both the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the U.S. Department of State, she represented the United States in drafting policies and recommendations grounded in evidence-based international standards to address social, economic, and environmental challenges. More recently, her travels to Taiwan and Vietnam further enriched her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives, reinforcing her global outlook.

As both an artist and an attorney, Chloe found intellectual property law to be the ideal intersection of her creative background and legal expertise. She is currently a practitioner at Contractologie, where she advises clients on contracts, trademarks, copyrights, and other matters, helping creatives safeguard their work and thrive professionally.
